Overview

Made for the field.

Outdoor gear has to take impact and weather without failing. Rotational molding produces durable, seamless hollow parts, while molding and fabrication cover the components around them.

We finish parts with printing and assembly so they're ready for service.

  • Impact & weather resistant. Built for rough use.
  • Seamless hollow parts. Rotomolded, no weak seams.
  • Molded components. Precise functional parts.
  • Printing & finishing. Branded, finished gear.
Applications

Typical parts.

  • Tanks & containers. Seamless rotomolded vessels.
  • Durable housings. Tough enclosures.
  • Equipment components. Functional molded parts.
  • Displays & signage. Printed, finished parts.
Made in the USA. Seamless rotomolded parts handle rough, outdoor service.
Materials & considerations

What outdoor gear has to survive.

Recreational equipment fails in predictable ways: UV degradation over seasons, impact damage in the cold, and cracking at seams and welds. Rotational molding removes the last of those entirely — a rotomolded part has uniform walls and no weld lines to split.

For manufacturers building powersports, marine, hunting, or outdoor recreation equipment, the practical question is usually which process fits which component. Tanks, hulls, and housings rotomold; brackets and fittings injection mould; large panels thermoform. We quote all three rather than pushing every part toward one.

  • UV & weather stability. Grades specified for seasons of outdoor exposure, not months.
  • Cold-weather impact. Materials that stay tough through Minnesota winters and beyond.
  • Seamless hollow parts. Rotomolded tanks and housings with no seams to fail, across 42 arms.
  • Crosslink polyethylene. LLDPE, HDPE, and crosslink PE for durable outdoor parts.
  • Printing & branding. Pad, screen, and digital printing so gear ships branded.
  • Low-to-medium volumes. Rotomolding and fabrication suit seasonal and niche production runs.
FAQ

Common questions.

What recreational equipment do you manufacture?
Tanks and containers, durable housings and enclosures, equipment components, and printed displays and signage — across powersports, marine, hunting, and general outdoor recreation.
Should outdoor parts be rotomolded or injection molded?
It depends on the part. Rotational molding suits large hollow items such as tanks and housings at low-to-medium volume; injection molding suits smaller precision components at higher volume. We quote both and tell you which is cheaper for your part.
How do you handle UV and cold-weather performance?
Through material selection. Polyethylene grades — including crosslink PE — are specified for UV stability and low-temperature impact so parts survive real outdoor service.
Can you handle seasonal or low-volume production?
Yes. Rotational molding carries moderate tooling cost and plastic fabrication carries almost none, which makes both practical for seasonal gear and niche models.
Can parts arrive branded and finished?
They can. Pad, screen, and digital printing plus assembly and packaging are coordinated in-line, so gear ships finished rather than needing another vendor.
