Overview

Parts that hold up.

OEMs need parts that are repeatable, durable, and available at volume. We cover the full range — precision injection-molded components through 8.5-foot formed panels.

Secondary machining, printing, and assembly are coordinated in-line, so equipment parts arrive finished and ready to install.

  • Precision molded parts. Tight tolerances at volume.
  • Large formed enclosures. Panels and shrouds up to 8.5 ft.
  • Secondary machining. CNC trim and finishing.
  • Assembly & printing. Finished, labeled components.
Applications

Typical parts.

  • Housings & enclosures. Durable equipment housings.
  • Mechanical components. Brackets, fittings, and parts.
  • Guards & panels. Machine guards and covers.
  • Equipment shrouds. Large formed panels.

Materials & considerations

What industrial parts take.

Industrial and OEM parts usually fail from wear, load, or heat rather than from cosmetics. Material choice does most of the work, and the right answer is often a filled grade rather than a thicker wall.

Part size varies enormously in this space, which is why press range matters: 28 to 2000 tons covers small precision components and large structural parts in the same conversation.

  • 28 – 2000 ton range. Small precision components through large structural parts.
  • Wear & load grades. Glass-filled nylon and acetal where strength and wear resistance matter.
  • Large hollow parts. Rotomolded tanks, housings, and ducting across 42 arms.
  • Secondary machining. CNC routing and trim for features moulding cannot produce.
  • Sub-assemblies. Assembly and sonic welding so you receive a finished component.
  • Second-sourcing. We quote existing parts against your current supplier without a redesign.
FAQ

Common questions.

How large a part can you produce?
Injection molding runs from 28 to 2000 tons, rotational molding covers large hollow parts, and thermoforming handles sheet parts up to 8.5 feet.
Can you second-source a part we already buy?
Yes. Send the print and current material and we will quote it — including whether a different process would make it cheaper.
Do you supply finished assemblies?
We do. Assembly, sonic welding, printing, packaging, and kitting can be coordinated so parts arrive ready to use.
What materials suit industrial parts?
PP, PE, ABS, nylon (PA), acetal (POM), PC, and glass-filled engineering grades cover most industrial work. We will match the grade to load, wear, and temperature.
