Overview

Tight tolerances, clean looks.

Electronics need parts with tight tolerances and clean cosmetics, plus the features and markings the product requires. Injection molding and fabrication deliver both.

Screen and digital printing add legends and branding, and assembly brings it together.

  • Tight tolerances. Precise, repeatable parts.
  • Clean cosmetics. Quality surfaces and fit.
  • Printing & legends. Screen and digital marking.
  • Assembly. Finished, ready-to-use enclosures.
Applications

Typical parts.

  • Enclosures & housings. Precise device enclosures.
  • Bezels & panels. Cosmetic front parts.
  • Brackets & mounts. Functional internal parts.
  • Printed legends. Labels and branding.
Made in the USA. Screen and digital printing for legends, labels, and branding.
Materials & considerations

What enclosures require.

Electronics work is mostly enclosures, housings, and the mounting hardware around them — parts where fit, finish, and dimensional stability decide whether assembly goes smoothly.

Tolerance stack-up matters more here than almost anywhere else. We review moldability and tolerance before steel is cut, so snap fits, bosses, and mating features land where the assembly needs them.

  • Tight tolerances. Dimensionally-stable parts for repeatable assembly and fit.
  • Insert molding. Threaded inserts and hardware moulded in place.
  • Flame-retardant grades. FR resin options where the application calls for them.
  • Pad & screen printing. Legends, icons, and branding applied in-line.
  • Common resins. ABS, PC, PC/ABS blends, nylon (PA), and glass-filled engineering grades.
  • Thermoformed covers. Large, thin-walled shrouds without injection tooling cost.
FAQ

Common questions.

Can you mold electronic enclosures and housings?
Yes — injection molding for precision housings, and thermoforming for large, thin-walled covers and shrouds where injection tooling is hard to justify.
Can you mold threaded inserts in place?
Yes. Rotary and shuttle insert molding places hardware during the moulding cycle rather than as a secondary operation.
Do you offer flame-retardant materials?
FR grades are available. Tell us the requirement your application has to meet and we will recommend a resin that suits it.
Can you print legends and branding on parts?
Yes — pad, screen, and digital printing are coordinated in-line, so parts arrive decorated and ready to assemble.
