Overview

Precise and documented.

Defense and aerospace programs require documentation, traceability, and repeatability. Our ISO-certified processes are built to produce parts with the records to back them.

Domestic manufacturing keeps the supply chain accountable — Made in the USA, start to finish.

  • Documented & traceable. Records for regulated programs.
  • Precision molding. Tight, repeatable tolerances.
  • Fabrication & assembly. Prototypes through finished parts.
  • Made in the USA. Domestic, accountable supply.
Applications

Typical parts.

  • Enclosures & housings. Durable, precise enclosures.
  • Precision components. Tight-tolerance parts.
  • Panels & covers. Large formed parts.
  • Fixtures. Tooling and ground-support aids.

What defense work demands.

Defense and aerospace programs tend to combine low-to-medium volumes with long service life and unforgiving documentation. That combination rules out shops chasing only high-volume work — and it is exactly where a process-agnostic partner earns its place.

Production runs through our U.S. manufacturing partner network under ISO 9001:2015 controls, so parts ship Made in the USA with a domestic supply chain behind them.

  • Domestic production. Made in the USA through our U.S. manufacturing partner network.
  • ISO 9001:2015. Documented work instructions and process controls on every job.
  • Long program life. Tooling maintained and stewarded across years of service, not just one run.
  • Low-to-medium volumes. Fabrication and forming cover volumes that do not justify injection tooling.
  • Engineering grades. Glass-filled nylon, acetal, and PC where strength and stability matter.
  • Legacy tooling. We accept transferred tools when an incumbent supplier exits a program.
FAQ

Common questions.

Are parts manufactured domestically?
Yes. Production runs through our U.S. manufacturing partner network and parts ship Made in the USA.
Can you support low-volume, long-life programs?
That is a common fit. Plastic fabrication and thermoforming carry little or no tooling cost, which suits sustainment volumes better than injection tooling.
Can you take over tooling from a departing supplier?
Yes. Tooling transfers are routine — send drawings, prints, and run history and we will assess tool condition and fit before anything moves.
What documentation can you provide?
Documented work instructions, process controls, first-article approval, and material and production records under our ISO-certified systems.
