Building and construction components are specified for decades of exposure, which pushes the material decision toward weatherability and dimensional stability over almost everything else.
A great deal of this work is linear rather than moulded. Profile extrusion produces continuous trim, glazing profiles, and gaskets at moderate tooling cost, and cut-to-length and fabrication finish them.

- Weatherability. Grades specified for sustained UV and moisture exposure.
- Large panels. Thermoformed sheet parts up to 8.5 feet.
- Custom dies. CNC and wire-EDM die tooling produced in-house.
