Overview

Built to last.

Construction parts have to resist weather, impact, and time. Rotomolded vessels, extruded profiles, and formed panels are well-suited to the job.

We coordinate the right process for durability — and finish parts with trim, assembly, and decorating.

  • Durable & weather-resistant. Built for outdoor service.
  • Extruded profiles & trim. Profiles up to 9″ wide.
  • Rotomolded vessels. Seamless tanks and containers.
  • Large formed panels. Covers and panels up to 8.5 ft.
Applications

Typical parts.

  • Trim & edging. Linear extruded profiles.
  • Tanks & containers. Seamless rotomolded vessels.
  • Panels & covers. Large formed parts.
  • Channels & tracks. Extruded structural profiles.
Made in the USA. Rotomolded parts resist weather and impact for outdoor use.
Materials & considerations

What building products face.

Building and construction components are specified for decades of exposure, which pushes the material decision toward weatherability and dimensional stability over almost everything else.

A great deal of this work is linear rather than moulded. Profile extrusion produces continuous trim, glazing profiles, and gaskets at moderate tooling cost, and cut-to-length and fabrication finish them.

  • Continuous profiles. Extruded trim, glazing profiles, and gaskets to your section.
  • Weatherability. Grades specified for sustained UV and moisture exposure.
  • Large panels. Thermoformed sheet parts up to 8.5 feet.
  • Custom dies. CNC and wire-EDM die tooling produced in-house.
  • Fabricated assemblies. CNC routing, cutting, and bonding for one-offs and low volumes.
  • Common resins. Rigid PVC, PE, PP, and ABS depending on exposure and load.
FAQ

Common questions.

Can you extrude a custom profile?
Yes. We produce custom dies with in-house CNC and wire-EDM tooling capability, then run continuous profile to your section.
How do you handle long-term weather exposure?
Material selection. Grades are specified for UV and moisture resistance appropriate to the service life the product is sold on.
Can you produce large panels and sheet parts?
Yes — thermoforming covers large, thin-walled parts up to 8.5 feet, and plastic fabrication handles cut, formed, and bonded assemblies.
What volumes suit building products?
Profile extrusion suits medium-to-high linear volume; fabrication and thermoforming cover low volumes and custom work without heavy tooling commitment.
